I’m glad that you found my blog. Congrats on graduating! I agree that an associates degree is pretty pointless when you can work toward a bachelors degree, which in mu humble opinion, means a heck of a lot more. One thing that I can relate to you on is the cost of a degree- it’s certainly not cheap. However, as long as you’re dedicated, then it will pay back TENFOLD. I do have good news, although. Full Sail works very closely with you to find loans, grants, and other methods of paying for school. I do not know anyone who has been denied the opportunity to go to Full Sail.

I do want to point out, though, that Animation, Web Design, and Game Design are all three very different courses. So, be sure and choose a favorite. Then, once you’ve chose the favorite, do the same thing every single day until you graduate high school. Really… do it. The reason I say that is because if you get tired of it at all, then Full Sail will REALLY wear you out.. and you won’t want to do it for a career. Full Sail’s classes are 8 hours long, and sometimes you have to go home and work on a project another 6-10 hours. It’s a lot of work, but worth it if you love what you do.

I do suggest taking a campus tour though.. even now when you’re 13. It’ll give you a lot to look forward to.. and not to mention, to work toward! Take care buddy.
