I am proud to announce my second free theme. This template, unlike my first, is a HTML theme that does not run on WordPress. I have built in a custom backend which allows you to easily administer the website. I suggest you take a look at the images below for a better idea of the settings, etc.
This theme utilizes HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL database technologies, as well as beautiful javascript effects. The only way you’ll be able to truly understand this theme is by viewing the demo:

easy to say Im not able to create any artwork, photography or other folders… maybe Im doing something wrong can u please give me advice? thank u.

Hi there! You will most likely need to contact your hosting company and ask them to examine the permissions on your files/folders. That is most likely the issue.
